Well as I stated in my last post I traveled to Atlanta, and received a Silver Addy in the category of Editorial Design for my piece, Whiskerino, a coffee table book about a bearded group of men.
I also did some traveling up north and down south to some very beautiful places. I went up north to Sanoma to float the Russian River many times, and then down to Monterrey where we saw many sights. We ate strawberry pie and got some garlic in Gilroy.
Football started back up this last week, with the cowboys beating the broncos in a clutch last few minutes play by Mcgee!
Short post today, more to come soon hopefully!

Long overdue post...
It has been awhile since I've updated this, too long in fact and I have lots to tell...
The last time I posted it was a video saying hello and how much I miss all my southern folks whom I haven't seen in so long! In the past 6 or so months I have been keeping very busy. I've found a job working at a wonderful place called CRI which is located in Downtown San Francisco, where I run the Marketing and Graphic Design Department (I love the ultimate control, and they've let me flourish in it). I have also recently moved into the city from Marin County (Across the Golden Gate), into a lovely little neighborhood called Nob Hill. I found a wonderful roommate, have ended and began some great relationships, discovered some good bars and restaurants, and now look forward to the future and what it has in store for me. Oh, and I also experienced my first West Coast earthquake as well!
I also got some really good news last week, I won an Atlanta Addy, and will be embarking on a trip back to the ATL to receive such honors, and rage with some old chaps. Little did I know months ago when I booked a trip to visit LA, the land of fame, that I'd be taking such a trip less than two days later to the East Coast. So these next few weeks for me will be quite the experience, and I'm sure all tiring as well.
I've really enjoyed myself thus far, and believe San Francisco to be the best city I've ever lived in, and to of come to this conclusion in less than 6 months has to say something about this glorious place. But I look forward to many years here, and growing in my field and see what goals I can accomplish next. So to all that know me and read this, come visit and see for yourself why I love this city so much!
Regards,
ck
